Drawing

  • YES

  • NO

  • NSFW (only if both the user and the characters are of legal age) and SFW

  • Feral, Anthro, Aliens, MLP, Hybrids

  • Animatronics, Couple, Gore/ Pastel Gore

  • Monster/ Robots (No complex or Mechas), Pets

  • Some fetishes, ask!

  • Minors, Complex clothing

  • Humans, Backgrounds

  • Exaggerated muscles

  • Realism, Offensive content

  • Armor, morbid obesity

  • Pregnancy

  • Anything political

  • Extremist fetishes or fecal secretions / urine / vomit/ scat/ gas/ diapers

Porcess

  • Waiting time: I usually work Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, it can take up to 2 weeks usually depending on the complexity of what is requested

  • Payment must be complete and in advance, if you requested a commission and did not pay it, the drawing will not start

  • Refund: you can request a refund after the sketch and you will be refunded 75%, lineart 50% and if it is completed but you are not convinced or want to change it once finished, no refunds will be made. You can cancel the commission before paying it (if you are on a waiting list)

  • Modifications: sketch you can change the idea and pose, lineart can add or slightly change the already defined pose (an arm a little more rotated up/down), in coloring you can only change the colors

  • All these conditions are not negotiable, the user is responsible for reading it before commissioning me

As a customer

  • You can share a drawing of your character but you must give credit in the description

  • You can request that the concept for a commission be changed if I have not yet started with the sketch. In the event that the new character(s) are complicated, the respective rates will apply

  • You can make prints of your drawing for personal use, you cannot use the drawings for commercial use (Minting, Blockchains, IA, Crypto, NFTs, etc)

  • Neither the client nor third parties are allowed to crop my signature, edit, recolor, trace or vectorize the drawing unless permission has been granted. You are only allowed to crop the image for thumbnails and profile photos

  • You can ask for photos of the process at any time, but please be reasonable.

  • You have the obligation to place the credit sticker in the sticker pack when it is created

Artist (me)

  • I reserve the right to change/modify these terms and conditions at any time. You agree to be bound by such modifications/updates

  • I reserve the right to deny service or cancel a commission for personal reasons at any time.

  • I reserve the right to use sketches rejected or drawings not completed due to non-payment in future drawings and resale.

  • I will not send the .mdp or .psd files of the drawing

  • I have the right to publish the drawing on my social networks as well as the process of it
